Pipeline Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based data intelligence platform that provides business analytics, dashboard creation, pipeline automation, and AI-assisted reporting services to subscribers. These Terms govern your use of our web application and related services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or your business. By subscribing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
You agree to use Pipeline Studio only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR regulations. Your business data connected to the platform remains yours at all times. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
All platform features, designs, algorithms, and content created by Pipeline Studio are our intellectual property. Your data and custom reports remain your property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for the duration of your active subscription.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support response times vary by plan — Growth subscribers receive priority 24-hour support, Starter subscribers receive support within 2 business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipeline Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid during that period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
